For client engagements, we use information to plan, execute, measure, and report on the marketing services we provide.
3. SMS / Text Message Communications
Consent. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in (for example, by checking a consent box, replying YES to a confirmation message, or providing your number on a form that clearly discloses SMS messaging), you give William & Friends your express written consent to send you text messages related to your inquiry, account, or our services. You are not required to consent to SMS as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Types of messages. Messages may include appointment confirmations, scheduling, account or service updates, marketing communications, promotional offers, and informational updates from William & Friends.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your activity and the conversations you initiate with us. You may receive periodic messages.
Cost. Standard message and data rates may apply. William & Friends does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may.
Opt-out. You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and stop sending further marketing or promotional texts. Reply HELP for help or contact us at william@williamandfriends.com.
No third-party sharing of mobile opt-in data. William & Friends will not sell, rent, share, or transfer your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent to any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS will only be used to send messages from William & Friends or its service providers acting on our behalf.
Carriers and devices. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below: (a) with service providers and vendors who help us operate our business (for example, hosting, analytics, payment processing, CRM, and email/SMS delivery providers) under contracts that limit their use of the information; (b) when required by law, regulation, court order, or governmental request; (c) to enforce our agreements, protect our rights, or investigate suspected fraud or abuse; (d) in connection with a merger, sale, financing, or acquisition; and (e) with your consent.
For clients subject to HIPAA, we sign Business Associate Agreements and handle Protected Health Information (PHI) only as permitted under those agreements and applicable law.
